physical intimacy
As a man wanting to improve your marriage, it’s often hard to know where to
begin. In general, I advise focusing on cultivating emotional intimacy–when your communication is strong and emotional connection deep, everything related to sex and intimacy is easier.

If you’re wondering how to get started with improving emotional intimacy in your marriage, consider these articles:

If you’re ready to focus more directly on what is happening in the bedroom, watch my masterclass on “How to Ask Your Woman for Sex (so she’s more likely to say Yes)” and get on the waitlist for INITIATING, my program for educated, successful men who want to learn how to up their skills in order to have more, and better, physical intimacy.

Another option is to start having “intimacy dates” where you spend time together, focused on one another. You can lie together with your clothes on, or off. You can kiss and make-out, or just share about your days with one another. The point is to have some physical connection that feels good to both of you. If it leads to making love–great. If it doesn’t–that’s also great because it is building connection and ease between you. And with a foundation of connection and ease, more physical intimacy is more likely.

If you are both ready to improve your relationship, the best place to start is the Aligned & Hot Marriage program here: https://www.alexandrastockwell.com/aligned-hot-marriage/

You may find you’d like to introduce some toys into your repertoire, and for that I recommend the LELO brand. Check out their products here: LELO's sex toys for men
